Return Policy

At St. Pete Guitars, we understand that not every new piece of gear is a perfect fit.  If you need to make a return, please contact us as soon as possible to receive your RA number.  You can give us a call at (727) 318-0986 or email us at stpeteguitars@gmail.com.

New items must be returned within 30 days of the date the item was delivered.

Used items must be returned within 3 days of the date the item was delivered.

All items must be returned in the same condition that they were received, and must be in the original packaging including all protective coverings, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc.  Items must be packaged well using the original packing materials if possible.

Vintage gear is subject to review and inspection due to potential liability, fraud, and damage concerns.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the value of the returned merchandise plus any additional shipping charges.  

Return Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom Order Items.
• Consumable Items (Strings, Cleaning Products, CD’s, DVD’s, Software, Harmonicas, etc.).
• Damaged Items or Items in any condition other than the condition that they were received.
• Final Sale Items.
• Gift Certificates are eligible for store credit only (no cash value).
